Well we have had a great few weeks with Mother's Day and all and we are winding down the end of the school year which makes everything even more exciting! Mother's Day this year was AWESOME with both of the kids and as my gift, Thad is getting us season football tickets for 2010-2011 Tech football! I am so excited! On Mother's Day, we all got to meet little cousin, Wesson Rhyder, who was born on April 24th (Thad's birthday) but had to stay two weeks in NICU. He is such a cute little guy and he and Jack will be mischief makers in the future I am sure! (Good thing Berk Tate will be there to keep them on the straight and narrow!) Jack turned 2 months old on the 11th and it is so hard to believe the time that has flown by! He is really starting to develop a personality and will just smile at you all day long! He is hopefully starting to get his tummy figured out, but last week the child did not poop for FIVE DAYS! We started him on half and half bottles when I went back to work so I just figured that it was his tummy adjusting to everything. It scared me to death, but the doctor told us that he could go two WEEKS without pooping! I think he will be a morning person just like Berk Tate! We go on the 18th for his 2-month check up and first round of SHOTS! Needless to say, that will be a visit with me and him by ourselves since Thad DOES NOT do shots! Berkley has been up to her usual stuff, just talking and running amuck! In the mornings when I take "bug" in to get her out of bed, she will always point to her bed and say "Bug." So I lay him in there and she usually shares her blankie or stuffed animal with him and is so proud when she does! It definitley warms my heart every morning! Here lately she is stuck on the phrase "I don't know where he/she/it is" when you ask her where something is. And when she finds it, she will say "There it/he/she is." It is absolutely adorable and hopefully I will get it on film soon! She is becoming more attached to Elmo doll by the day and loves watching Sesame Street. She has also started playing with her dolls more and it is often that you will her "burping" Elmo or one of her babies and then saying "Good burp!" Wonder where she hears that from?! Tomorrow we don't have school and it is supposed to be cooler and raining all day! Maybe I will be able to get some housework done, but I might elect to just hang out in my pajamas with the kids all day! Well I think that is all! Have fun looking at all the pictures!

And here is a common episode at our house lately:
First, she throws herself on the floor (usually after being told no or to do something)....
then she rolls around for a bit until she realizes no one is paying attention to her fit....
and then she looks at you like THIS!!!
And this is becoming more familiar by the day also...

5/12/10...And I could just eat this little man up! Even if he is in a pink chair! I am teaching him about his softer side early!
5/12/10...And I could just love on this one too!
5/12/10...Handsome man!
