Well, we are into the month of October and I hate to think of how close the end of the year is and how in just 6 days I will be one year older!!! This week has been a busy one at work with Open House and this weekend will not be any quieter since we will going to my parents to participate in the Race for the Cure on Saturday morning! I had vowed to start getting out and running so I could run this 5K with my sister, but I didn't get started and then after I got strep, I didn't have the motivation to even get going! My mom registered so we will probably walk while my sister (the over-achiever) probably runs the whole darn thing! Jack will turn 7 months old on Monday and he is changing daily, it seems! He is VERY close to crawling, but instead of putting forth the effort to actually crawl, he tries to do this whole bear crawl thing with his butt up in the air and his legs straight like he is trying to walk, but his upper body still on the floor! He gets everywhere he needs to go by scooting or just manuevering towards his goal! He is clapping his hands, can say "Mama" and "Dada" and he is VERY close to getting some teeth! He will probably be the kid that gets 4 at one time, but he has done surprisingly well with the whole teething thing! Berk is still the best big sister and she is such a help with everything! She actually wants to help TOO much most of the time! She is also getting a little smart mouth on her which has gotten her into plenty of trouble as well! I think that is about it. I am excited that Fall is finally showing up around here and the cool mornings are such a welcomed change! Well, I think that is about it. I hope you enjoy the pictures of the kiddos and I will post some more after the weekend! Oh, and my camera is fine, it just needed the battery charged BUT the memory card was CORRUPTED and I lost over a 1000 pictures and ALL of Berk's birthday and any September pictures I hadn't transfered to the computer! So, lesson learned about backing up my stuff and transfering everything right after it is taken! Have a great week and weekend!
